Excluded from returns
Custom made products cannot be returned unless an item has been delivered that is not in accordance with the order.

Reflection period/return

It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €14.95 per package, consult your carrier’s website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@pillpress.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in the value of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@pillpress.nl. We will then investigate why the refund has not yet been received.


I have provided an incorrect delivery address!

Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.


Sell items

To refund the items, we look at the purchase receipt / invoice. Products on sale can also be returned, provided they meet the conditions.


Replace / Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange the product for the same item, please send us an email at info@pillpress.nl.

If the product is damaged or defective, we will pay the shipping costs. If you wish to return the product for any other reason, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
