We are not a physical store

The PillPress can only be purchased through this website. The advantage of this is that you can buy a PillPress at all times and all places with an internet connection. We like to make buying a PillPress online as easy as possible and explain it here for you. However, if online purchase is not desired or does not work, you can contact us via email info@pillpress.nl or the contact form. On working days, this is also possible between 9:30 and 17:00 by phone +31(0)85 301 4524.

How to buy the PillPress online?

You can buy the  PillPress by selecting the desired product on the products page of this website add to the cart. If you then click on the shopping cart (top right) you will see what is in your shopping cart. Here you can still adjust the number or type of products and choose the shipping method. If you are sure about what you want to buy, press “Proceed to Checkout”. You will then be asked for your details or your account. This way we know where the PillPress should go. An account is easy if you order from us more often. You do not have to enter all the data every time.

Choose the method of payment and shipping

Then choose the method of payment and send/receive. You can choose from different payment methods. Make the choice for payment via iDeal, bank transfer or bancontact. You can receive at home or at a PostNL point. You can also pick up your PillPress from our company. So make the choice whether you want to have the PillPress delivered to your home, or pick it up in Delft in the Netherlands. When the data has been entered and the choices for payment and shipping have been made, choose “Place order and pay”.

Pay and send

As soon as you have paid, you will receive an e-mail from us with an order confirmation and an invoice. If we are (temporarily) unable to deliver the order, we will also notify you by e-mail. Did you not receive an e-mail after your order? Then check whether the confirmation has ended up in your junk e-mail or spam folder. If not, please contact us. You can still cancel or change the order by sending us an email with the order number and the notification that you cancel or want to change the order. After payment we will pack and ship the PillPress. If we have handed over the package to PostNL, you can track the shipment. You will receive an email with a code to dispatch your order to pillpress.myparcel.me to follow. If you have chosen to pick up, we will send an email as soon as the order is ready to be picked up.

Business customers

Business customers can place an order via the normal route via the webshop. For orders with larger quantities, a quote can be requested on our business page. A contact form can be filled in and a logo can be sent with it. In addition, we can be reached by phone on working days (9:30-17:00).

Ordering from abroad

The costs for delivery in other countries differ per country. Within Europe the delivery costs are: Netherlands: €4.95 Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg: €9.95 France and Austria: €13.50 Denmark, Spain and Italy: €14.50 Portugal: €15.50 United Kingdom: €17.50 Other countries in Europe: €25.00

How long do I have a warranty on my PillPress?

If your PillPress breaks within a year of purchase due to a defect in the product, we will repair it. We do not pay for damage caused by incorrect or heavy-handed use.
