Warranty
If your PillPress breaks within one year of purchase due to a defect in the product, we will repair it. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect or heavy-handed use.
The warranty commences on the day of purchase, i.e. after payment has been made. In the event that a repair is necessary and the warranty is invoked, the time of purchase must be discussed. If this is not possible or if it is longer than one year, the repair will be charged. We can use the order number and the actual payment to determine whether or not repairs are covered by the warranty.
Damage due to incorrect or heavy-handed use includes:
- Damage due to an accident with the product, such as a fall from height or a load for which the product is not designed;
- Damage due to moisture or fire. The product is not water resistant and may suffer irreparable damage if it comes into contact with liquid;
- Damage due to incorrect use. A method of use that does not correspond to the instructions for use. Improper use can lead to physical damage.
Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is in any case two months. Under certain circumstances, a period of longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange a free repair or replacement.
